Gross inequality still evident at schools in South

With more than 45% of South African schools still without electricity and more than 27% still without clean water, the call by the African National Congress's national executive committee (NEC) for delivery in the form of the "Year of the Volunteer — for Reconstruction and Development" is not a moment too late.
