pre 3000 b.c. Kemet *LINK*

i have seen some theory saying that Mesopotamian invaders brought with them the ideas of kingship and building around 3000 b.c. - thus starting the trend of dynastic Egypt.
(see link)what are ones thoughts on this theory? this argument is centered around the idea of the pre-dynastic goddess centered cultures of Kemet comibined with the idea that it must of been outside forces who brought with them kingship, etc.
