Also, and most importantly. Studies show that Neanderthal dominated Europe up until 30,000 years ago. The Neanderthal, you must remember, couldn't even speak. He was VERY bestial. You'd be hard pressed to prove that Neanderthals did ANY rock painting. The African "aurignacian" migrations produced the cave paintings in Spain. Neaderthals were more northwards, pushed there by these migrations.
So, just because you have cave paint in Spain, France, doesn't mean they were done by caucasians. In fact, no evidence shows this about the cave painting...all you have is location.
