Appendix 3 of the MathBehavior site is still under construction but it deals with the future, which will be shaped by the conflict between a decadent euroamerican bureaucracy and upwardly-mobile people of color. Any suggestions as to how that conflict can be worked out without disasterous effects on the environment will be read with great interest.
