Have YOU ever seen Australoid people?
I used to date a young Sinhalese woman from Sri Lanka when I was 23-24. She was basically pure Veddoid. We were close for many years and I got to know her familly pretty good. THey all had black skin (and I don't mean dark I mean chocolate dark brown/black).
Not only she resented being equated with Africans in race, being an intelligent woman who was aware of her ancestry but her features did not look anything like Africans. Perhaps you should read about the laws of convergent evolution" to understand why people around the world living close the equator and tropics have dark skin. THe same law would explain why northwest Europeans are white, as are Koreans (who are mongoloid by race and thus unrelated in spite of their often similar pigmentation).
