Ever heard of the "Berlin Bust," that is supposed to represent Nerfertiti? Well, a statue of Nefertiti and her husband show her to look totally different from the suspicious "Berlin Bust." In fact, at a lecture and a program that came on KPFA/KPFB BERKELEY, (AFRICAN MENTAL LIBERATION DAY) 1994, Runoko Rashidi showed slides of the Berlin Bust with the real likeness of Nefertiti and there was no resemblence. I am puzzled!!!!
However, it is said that Nefertiti came from the Hittites, who lived in Turkey. There are many who say the ancient Hittities were a Negroid people and descendants of Ham (that Ham, Shem, Japhet thing may be allegorical). Turkey is close to the Levant, and there is no doubt that the Maobites and the ancient Canaanites were both Negroid groups living in that region long before the invasions of the Semites from the wilderness of Arabia sometime during the period of 2400 to 2000 B.C.
It would be nice to see the picture of the statue of Nefertiti and her husband looking in appearance like the typical Negroid type that existed in the Levand and Egypt before the Semiti and Indo-European invasions of the region.

Runoko Rashidi is a field historian, just like Chancellor Williams was, meaning he actually travels, studies, notes and observes at the places where the historical events took place or the people still exist.
