He was by no means African. He was born in the city of Carthage which is now Tunisia. Eventually he was elected as military commander in Spain. How could he be a Negro? I read that Phoenicians and Canaanites were not even distinguished from each other. Half black doesn't nearly equate with being black because mixed blacks academically outperform the Negro. Colin Powell, Tiger Woods are pidgeon held by Negroes the same way you try to claim my people. You feel that half-breeds are more intelligent and capable than your race, therefore you make an attempt to label them black.
