First,were all Isrealites Hebrews? I get a different message when reading the bible.The hebrews decended from a man called Eber,the Isrealites decended from Abraham,Issac ,and Jacob who was renamed Isreal.The Isrealites were a mixeture of Canaanites and Eygyptian and Hebrew when the 70 souls entered Eygypt and was further mixed while in Egypt so that Moses was mistaken as a Egyptian.The Hebrews were heathens,Isreal was Gods prophetic people.The people of those times were either brown or black not white.The term colored was used to denote people of mixed black and brown ancestry like the Egyptians or Ethiopians.I think it's sick and sad that history and the bible has been whitewashed.
