Could you please cite your references for genetic studies done on contemporary Coptic Christian populations and ancient Egypt? To my knowleadge no genetic studies have been done comparing any contemporary population in Egypt to the ancient Egyptians.

As far as modern Egypt, plenty of black people still exists in both Lower and Upper Egypt that desendan from the ancient Egyptians. Egypt has been also amalganted with various Eur-Asian foreigners that have come into Egypt that it would be an error to completely use modern Egyptians[either Muslim or Coptic] as %100 representatives of the ancient Egyptians. Many of the Coptic Christians probably come from foreign lineages from Greece,Armenia, and Syria. Some even have very recent European ancestry.

Where do you get the notion that Greeks existed in pre-dyanstic Egypt? Pre-dyanstic Egypt was completely populated by tropical Africans. A bio-anthropologist named Dr. Shomarka Keita has examined the remains to come to this conclusion. His work is peer reviewed in American Journal of Anthropology.
