You could not be more right about it when it comes to arabic people. The phophet mohamed though travled to ethiopia aka abyssinia and he swore that there would never be a jihad on abyssinia,but guess what after the phophet died they murdered and killed their way to ethiopia.
Arabs for thousands of years went up and down the zambezi river slave rading. I have read much racist litterature about black people,but when you read some litterature from around this time period you start to see how racist the arabs were towars black people.
The funny thing is one of the grestest minds in all of arabia was a black man named al jahiz,which inmany ways wrote in scienitifc notation for his time. Another figure westerners are not so familar with is zaryab,which was a black slave who bought his freedom made a nontation for music they still use across the middle east and even opened up music schools around cordova.
