nobody is going anywhere, you can bitch like a spoilt little girl all you want but the fact remains that without the contribiutions of the indian sector of the population, trinidad would be nothing more than a "glorified" haiti!
so wake up and smell the curry, feel it burning your flared nostrils and realise that trinidad doesnt "belong" to anybody.
and yes india is a great land, once the richest country in the world. its a fact that the bengal plunder by the british fuelled the english industrial revolution. but your conveniently pseudo-eurocentric view of reality prevents you from seeing beyond your fingertips to notice the depth of culture that exists in india.
just because you dont understand a culture, that doesnt give you the right to condemn it. that is the same warped logic that the europeans used to justify dragging your ancestors out of africa to work as beasts of burden in their canefields.
