Well, if "Out of Africa" theory is true as it is spoon-fed by the media, then, YES, the earliest Indians were early Africans.

Ignoring the hype of "Out of Africa" theory, there is no evidence of migration of "eastern Africans" into India. However, there is genetic evidence of migration of Indians into eastern Africa.
