Thats interesting...my father is Moroccan...and he most definitely is BLACK AFRIKAN. I will say however, that many North Afrikans DENY being AFRIKAN, preferring instead to refer to themselves as "muslim"...or "North Afrikan" as though this is seperate from the COntinent. But you are incorrect to make a generalized statement like that. I was raized there... my people are from there...and trust me...WE ARE AFRIKAN.
Also, the AFRIKAN cannot be defined by any one particular shade, hair texture, features, eye color, for out of BLACK comes ALL MANKIND. We are as beautifully varied as Creation Herself.
