I find your statement a bit stereotypical and exagerated in some sense.
First north Africans don't all consider themselves as "white". Many do simply do not identify as white for they are brown/copper skined.
Secondly, you may be right that that attitude exists in Arabs (whom I certainly do not speak for or represent) but as far as the "Asian Muslims" (again I am Iranian but certainly not Muslim) are concerned, I have very seldom seen that type of attitude towards your people. Individuals have individual feelings it may be true and it is a general tendency that the lighter the skin among Iranians for example, the more the feeling of "keeping separate" from the darker ones during marriage, dating etc... But as a whole, i have found that most Iranians who have travelled outside their homeland have come to sympathyze a good deal with black people for their endurance of slavery. Again, as I have said before, I don't speak for Arabs whom I consider a very racist and arrogant people in general. You may be right regarding their view of your people.
