That's because Kabyles ARE WHITE.
There are also a number of tribes throughout north Africa that are white (in addition to Kabyles) including the Riff. These people are partially descended from the Germanic Vandals and Iranian Alans that penetrated North Africa in the 5th century before settling in Carthage.
