I'm not a racist, and I don't refer to myself as a member of a racial category either. When people ask me what I am, I simply say "I'm Peleponnesian" and that's that. No affinities are felt for other Europeans or whites in general; they are just as foreign to me as a Jamaican or an Eskimo. I don't believe in labels like "white", "Hispanic", etc., and I don't let myself fall victem to them like Ardy apparently does.

Your average person of any race is immodest, as your average person could care less about history and the achievments of his people. But the people who are cranking out Afrocentric BS do have issues. What else could drive someone to look for every drop of black ancestry in white people (and write about it) they could find? What else would make someone write about absurdities like very ancient Negroids in Ireland and Central Europe? (notice accusations of black ancestry are always directed towared Europeans or great civilizations, but never elsewhere). I don't know about you, but to me it seems obvious.

I don't think anyone's a "culture vulture". Culture is for everyone, and when groups live side-by-side, there is interchange of it whether any particular group likes it or not. That's how ideas spread and civilizations begin. I consider myself very blessed culturally, actually. I am first-generation Greek, but I am also a native San Franciscan/northern Californian, being greatly influenced in both spheres.

The main reason I wrote what I did is because I am getting sick and tired of all these people fighting over who is white and who is not, who is black and who is not, etc. People should just identify with their culture and not create these stupid general constructs like "European" that make all the square pegs in the world rush to fit in a round whole. A lot of unnecessary psychological turmoil happens as a result, and the world would be a better place without it. Even though I'm a citizen of the EU, I stopped referring to myself as a European years ago. Watching all those stupid people like Ardy (especially Middle-Easterners and Eastern Europeans) go crazy over trying to become Euros/whites made me realize how retarded this is all getting. I figured I'd just do my part and not contribute, focusing on my own people and culture only.
