Oh please! In all my years of association with Iranians, I did not meet one person with light hair. All of them were light/dark complexioned with black hair and black eyes.

Red hair is impossible! Light hair and light eyes are possible as in India. I have known a couple of people from India (from my school days) who had very light hair (almost blond) and green/blue eyes.

It seems to me that the percentage of light hair and light eyes is small in Iran and India. The phenotype of most Iranians and Indians is very similar. Each could easily pass off as the other.

Sure north-western Iran may have more people with blue eyes owing to their being closer to Europe. But red hair!--no way. Even in Europe only the Scots and Irish have a good percentage of red-heads.

Can you find a Greek redhead or an Italian one? NO! So how the heck can you find an Iranian?
