"Well the real reason you are tired of people "fighting over who's white" ( as if anyone with half a mind could reall give a toss about other than a HUMAN BEING) is because back in the woods over there, only good ol' christian folks are real whaaaayt folks and the rest of us are just a bunch of tar babies to you good ol' boys ain't we joe bob?"
I'm not a "hick" of any sort, nor am I percieved as one by my fellow Americans. Maybe to you, all us Euros are the same, but trust me, we aren't, and we all don't get treated the same either. I'm a Peleponnesian, and any white person with half a brain can tell I'm from Greece (or somewhere around there) right away, and they let me know this wherever I go. I don't identify with a "white" culture, nor do I degrade myself in order to fit some American "white" concept. I don't dye my hair, I haven't Anglicized my name, I haven't gotten any plastic surgery, and I don't adopt American values that don't mesh with my own. Yes, 98% of the whites who pass me on the street might tell you I'm white, due to my Caucasian appearance, but everything else about me is very foreign to them once they get to know me.
People who come to the US and sell out; who make themselves slaves to Anglo-Saxons (either literally or psychologically); who go to great lengths to change their appearance; who make themselves believe they are something they're not; and (worst of all) who have the audacity to adopt the Colonial racist attitudes of the Anglos, even against their own darker countrymen; are the ones who disgust me to no end.
