I truly enjoy the history lessons and locations described therein. However, like I said before the Pharoah's referred to themselves as Egypt. Egypt referred to itself as the head of Africa. Thus, Pharaoh would consider himself king of all Africa. This claim would therefore extend to the entire world. Pharaoh thought of himself as the embodiment of god of the world. However, this would be climaxed at god of the underworld. Jesus' claim extends to that as the embodiment of the God of Heaven and Earth who descended to the underworld after his death before resurrecting and ascending to the right hand of God at his heavenly throne. Thus, the spiritual make-up of Pharaoh is the most precious and important study for ancient Egypt. To argue about blacks, whites, arabs and the mixes thereof is actually a waste of time. Do you have the roayal blood in yourself as a seed of Pharaoh and have you been adopted into the Spirit of Christ. This is the royal combination that refers to Ancient Egypt that eclipses the majesty of Ancient Egyptian Pharaoh's in comparison. Did you even know any of this? Whenever you study history it is good to search for the heart of the matter. The heart of the matter is always in the heart. To study Ancient Egypt is to study death. Thus, the book of the dead instead of the Bible which is considered the book of life. This clearly separates the two Pharaoh and Jesus right from the start. To study the death of Pharaonic Egypt is to clearly see they built their palaces with stone and buried themselves in gold. This demonstrates the ancient Egyptian putting more value into death than life. Thus the greatest desire of Pharaoh was to resurrect to what he considered to be his god. However, when this god is of the underworld it is not the true God you are going to resurrect to. Instead, you will descend to where that god is. Jesus took the keys to the gates of heaven and hell. He gave the keys to his kingdom to his disciple named Simon later changed to Peter by Jesus and he can free anyone whom he chooses from being locked up in doomy dungeons in hell. Therefore, as a true heir on ancient Egypt, that is one condemned to the gates of hell, being black is not the greatest significance nor being an heir of Rameses II. The greates thing I can do for the joy of the Rameses dynasty is to accomplish his greatest desire. Parents usually wants what is best for their children regardless to where they are in life. In this case death. Thus, I am fulfilling his greatest desire for his children and that is to be saved by Jesus and to live a life so that I may possibly resurrect with him from the grave. Paul, who became the messenger of the gentiles for Christ Jesus and commended by Peter in 2 Peter 3:15-16, states in Romans 9:16 - It does not, therefore, depend on man's desire or effort, but on God's mercy. For the Scripture says to Pharaoh: "I raised you up for this very purpose, that I might display my power in you and that my name might be proclaimed in all the earth." This being said it is the most powerful man to live outside the grace of God whose downfall should lead you to Jesus. If all you are doing is studying history for argument sake it is a waste of time if you don't actually learn the history lesson intended for you to learn. The written word on stone in ancient Egypt is a history lesson meant to be learned or they wouldn't have put it there. I'm sure you heard the term "the writing's on the wall." The Bible reads in Philippians 2:8 - And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient to death - even death on a cross! Here the Scripture clearly says he was found obedient before his death on a cross. Was the Pharaoh obedient before his death? Rameses II saw lots of miracles performed by God for the people of Israel as they were led by God through his prophet Moses and Aaron the priest. In Exodus 14:4 - And I will harden Pharaoh's heart, and he will pursue them. But I will gain glory for myself through Pharaoh and all his army, and the Egyptians will know that I am the Lord. According to this epic scene Pharaoh's army was not up against Israel's army as they thought would happen. Instead they went up against an angel of the Lord. Exodus 14:18 - The Egyptians will know that I am the Lord when I gain glory through Pharaoh, his chariots and his horsemen.

The angel came between the armies of Israel and Egypt. Darkness was to the one side adn light to the other side; so neither went near the other all night long. (Exodus 14:20). The Egyptians said, "Let's get away from the Israelites! The Lord is fighting for them against Egypt."

What is this? The Egyptians that served deities like man and animals, along with polytheistic gods are not aknowledging the God of Israel as God!

The Bible says the entire army of Pharaoh acknowledged God just before they were drowned in the sea. They were therefore baptized in the water after becoming a believer in the God of Israel. However, according to the new testament Scriptures when you are baptized you come out of the water thus participating in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Jesus has not even come to the earth in person and therefore what does this say about the Egyptian army? Were they saved by their confession and baptism into water? They did come out of the water and were lying dead on the shore. Were they saved at this point? This is a mystery. It goes much deeper than studying history books about the racial make-up of ancient Egypt. At this point of Scripture the Bible makes no mention of what Pharaoh did at this point. Did he acknowledge the Lord also? He did not drown in the water? He had to tell the people something because the soldiers were all dead. Did they get buried in the tombs? If so what does it say about their burials on the walls? What story did Pharaoh tell his children?

I am here to tell you many have missed the point and Pharaoh and ancient Egypt. The ancient Egyptians greatest contribution to the world is not science, math, architecture, fashion, make-up and the likes. These are mainly industries that deal with money today. The greatest thing they can offer mankind is the fear of the Lord when you are fighting in opposition to what he purposes for your life. What will it take for you to acknowledge his supremacy over you? With Christ Jesus your death will be greater than being buried in gold like Tutankhamen. Your burial will be one that is promised to resurrect like the greatest desire of the ancient Egyptians.
